Molten metal being poured during the investment casting process

Precision in Every Pour

High-quality investment casting across alloys and applications.

Our Manufacturing Services

Precision Metal Parts. Trusted Manufacturing.

From investment casting to stamping and powder coating, we deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that help your products perform better and last longer.

Investment Casting

Complex shapes, thin-wall components, and advanced alloys. Our investment casting solutions support industries from energy to food machinery. We produce high-strength, detailed parts using both traditional and vacuum-suction casting processes to ensure excellent surface quality and dimensional precision.

Metal Stamping

With a monthly capacity exceeding 200 tons, our stamping facility combines automated presses, in-house mold design, and laser cutting for consistent quality and precision. From small gaskets to large covers, we maintain excellent repeatability across production runs. Our unique expertise with 2205 stainless steel components ensures exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.

CNC Machining

Our CNC machining workshop provides precise and repeatable finishing for both cast and stamped components. We perform drilling, tapping, milling, and cutting operations with tight tolerance control and thorough inspection. Modern equipment and skilled technicians ensure every piece matches its exact design, ready for further finishing or assembly.

Powder Coating

Our powder coating process delivers durable and visually consistent finishes tailored to each client’s requirements. Using premium powders and controlled curing, we achieve strong adhesion, color uniformity, and resistance to corrosion or wear. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, we offer customizable gloss levels, textures, and multi-year surface protection.

Prototyping

Our prototyping service allows designs to be tested and refined before full production. Using the same materials and processes as final manufacturing, we produce accurate samples that verify form, fit, and function. This ensures each project is optimized for performance, appearance, and manufacturability from the very start.

Assembly

We provide comprehensive assembly services to deliver ready-to-use components and finished products. Our technicians handle mechanical fitting, fastening, and alignment with precision, ensuring smooth operation and a professional finish. By integrating assembly into production, we reduce handling time, improve quality consistency, and simplify customer supply chains.
